Practice cake!

First_cake This is my first cake I made using buttercream icing and fondant decorations. My bow started to fall because I didn't give it time to dry before assembling (I am way too impatient). I still have a bit of practicing to do, but this didn't turn out too bad for my first try. The kids can't wait to eat it.TFl

A cupcake after my own heart!

Heart_3 Here are some Red Velvet cupcakes I have been working on for Valentines day. The hearts are made out of edible icing and are embossed with a filigree design. I know this is definitely one way to a mans heart.

Hunter Charlies Cupcakes!

Charlies_cc I made these for a little hunter named Charlie. This picture really doesn't do these cupcakes justice. I think my favorite thing is the gun and bullets (look close and you will see the little bullets). Everything is edible, including the rocks (they are jelly beans inside). I really hope Charlie liked them!

Mine and Lisa's Birthday Cupcakes!

Lisa_and_tammy_cupcakes These are cupcakes I made for myself and my friend Lisa. I love these colors together. I also love my moist chocolate cake with creamy buttercream icing. These are some of my favorites so far. TFL.

Single cupcake for gift or favor

Cupcake_gift I made this for our mail carrier. It is a single boxed creamy chocolate bliss cupcake. These make great little gifts for friends too. I also made some for my sons b-day and put bubble gum in the bottom and a cupcake inside for the kids to take home as a favor.  I am still trying to give the fed ex and UPS guys one, but they leave too quick for me to get it to them.

Cupcakes for Morgan Kate

Cupcakes_for_morgan These were a blast to make. I really love these colors together! I have to admit I put the Ipod upside down and didn't realize it til I looked at this picture (sorry Lisa). Anyway, I love how these turned out. I hope Morgan liked them too.

Cupcakes for Tori!

Cupcakes_for_tori Here are some cupcakes I did for a friends daughter. All the decorations are made from fondant and are edible. The horse head took some time but turned out really good. I really hope she liked them.

Red Velvet

Red_velvet These are pictures of my Red Velvet cupcakes before and after. They truly look like velvet (hence the name) and would be beautiful just like they are. It is so hard to resist these when they come hot out of the oven. They are so yummy.
