Brownie cupcakes with chocolate icing

These are sooo... good! The cupcake is a rich dark brownie from scratch and the icing is my creamy chocolate icing. Holy Cow these are awesome! You must try them! Shown are my mini size.

New and Improved!

If you liked the Pucker Up (lemon) cupcakes before, then your gonna LOVE them now! They are still the lemon cake with creamy lemon buttercream but now they have a creamy lemon filling in the center. These are so yummy!My friend always says she can't ever eat any other cupcake again but mine because there is always a suprise center inside. So naturally i had to add the center to this one!

Cupcake for Aunt Susan!

This is a single cupcake I made for my MIl to take to her SIL. It is vanilla cake with raspberry filling and topped with cream cheese icing. I added a daisy I handmade from fondant and then wrapped the whole thing in a mini cupcake box and tied it with a bow. I love these kind of flowers and can't wait to do a cupcake tree with different colors of them for spring!

Chocolate Chip cookie Cupcakes!

These are chocolate chip cookie cupcakes. The base is baked homemade cookie dough and topped with a vanilla buttercream. I wanted to try something like this for the kids to take to school on snack day. My son and daughter loved them and the kids at school did too. Shown are 24 minis.

Monkey Time!

This is a cupcake tree I did for my friends son. I love all the bold colors. The number four is all chocolate and the balloons are made from fondant. George is a toy that belonged to Owen that we just added. I put gumballs all around the base of the cake. Owen was so cute, he would take the cupcakes off and lick the icing off and then get another and do the same thing. I think he ended up licking off the tops of about four of the cupcakes. Needless to say there wasn't a single cupcake left. These were chocolate and vanilla with buttercream icing and the cake was vanilla.

Baby Shower Cupcake tree topper

This was a 6"  cake topper I did for a baby shower cupcake tree. I was so upset that I forgot my camera after I set it all up. I took pics with my camera phone and when I figure out how to download it I will post it. I made the bow out of fondant and placed every pink edible pearl on by hand.

Valentine Snacks for school!

These were for a friends little girl for her school snack. I love how the flower ones turned out. These are 24 mini vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.

Another New Flavor!

This is my latest flavor, Top Banana. It is a banana cupcake with a creamy vanilla and cream cheese center and topped with fresh whipped Cream and then finished with a vanilla wafer. It is basically a banana pudding cupcake. This is my daughters second fave.

Fishin'

These are cupcakes I made for my father-in-law for his birthday. They are yellow cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese icing (my FILs favorite). Everything is edible.
